The Free Psychological Support Service consists of three individual 50-minute online sessions, designed to provide you with a safe and confidential space where you can talk about what you are experiencing and gain a clearer understanding of the support that may best meet your needs.
These sessions are not psychotherapy, but rather a free psychological counseling service aimed at offering initial guidance, emotional support, and a professional assessment of your concerns.
Often the most difficult step is the first one .

Are you going through a confusing or challenging time?
Do you feel unsure about what to do or overwhelmed by a personal crisis?
Do you feel stuck and unable to move toward your goals?
Are you experiencing difficulties at university, at work, or in other areas of your life?
Are you facing an important life change?
This is a safe and confidential space where you are free to express yourself and be heard without judgment.
During our sessions, we will work together to understand better the difficulties or goals that have led you to seek support, explore the approach that may be most appropriate for your situation, and address any questions you may have about how psychological therapy works.
The goal is not to solve everything at once, but to begin understanding the patterns, challenges, and life skills that may be preventing you from living the life you want, while identifying the most appropriate path forward.
What is the purpose of the Free Psychological Support Service?
Who is this service for?
The service is intended for young adults and adults (18 years and older) who wish to speak with a psychologist in a professional, supportive, and accessible setting.
For concerns involving children or adolescents, the consultation can be held with one or both parents to explore the situation and discuss the most appropriate course of action.
Please note that this is not an emergency or crisis intervention service.
Why offer a free psychological support service?
The purpose of this service is to make professional psychological support more accessible by providing an opportunity for people to engage in an initial psychological consultation. It is designed to promote access to mental health care, encourage early support, and allow anyone to explore whether a more structured psychological pathway may be appropriate for their needs.
All consultations are conducted with the same standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical practice that apply to all psychological services. Sessions fully respect your privacy and are carried out in accordance with the Italian Code of Ethics for Psychologists, applicable Italian legislation, and the principles of the World Health Organization (WHO), which promote equitable access to mental health and psychological well-being while respecting individual differences.

The service is available only to individuals aged 18 and over.

Each person may access the free psychological support service only once.

All sessions are conducted online. A secure meeting link will be provided once the appointment has been confirmed.

Contacting me does not guarantee an appointment or create any obligation to proceed with the consultation. Appointments are subject to availability and professional discretion. I reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue the service when clinically or professionally appropriate.
